Roy I. Williams, age 70, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2012. Roy retired as a brick mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene; sons, Rodney and Steven; granddaughter, Kimberly; and brothers, Kenneth, Everett, and David. Roy is survived by daughters and sons in law, Charmaine and Ernest Brinegar, Sally and Bradley Borba, Wanda Fillmore, and Jolene and Eric Faris; sons and daughters in law, Roy and Tisha and Robert and Missie; sisters, Colleen and Wanda; brothers, Varney and Jearls; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He will forever be in our hearts. Family will greet friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Reis Legacy Center Meyer-Boehmer Chapel, 6661 Clyo Rd., Centerville. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, at the Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Cookeville, Tennessee. Burial will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery.
